With the increase in the number of college students and the new era of college students,such as strong personality,ideological and other new situation,the management of college students are faced with new requirements and challenges.In particular,the work of College Counselors in the front line of student management work,in addition to the need to master the various dynamics of students,but also in a timely manner and parents to communicate,complete the task of school delivery,workload.How can an intuitive understanding of each student's learning life state,transparent and efficient evaluation of scholarship and to let the parents of the students understand the first time students learning life status for the student management work in the new era put forward higher requirements.Based on the long-term work of counselors in reality,the design and implementation of the adapt to the actual needs of the student management information system,greatly improving the student management level and transparency,strengthened and the interaction of the parents of the students and exploring of college student management information.In the construction of the system introduced data mining technology,using data mining technology to student's information activities and make corresponding analysis,impact assessment of students' learning efficiency factors and all kinds of relationships,and provide better information base for counselors and other management personnel.Data mining is an important new data processing method,using data mining technology to analyze the students'information,providing better information support for the school's teaching and counselors'work.
