Study On The Construction And Implementation Effect Of Y Company OA Collaborative System

With the development trend of the information era,corporate office work tends to be more automated gradually.Up to today,office automation becomes more and more important to all enterprises,playing an irreplaceable role.Office automation,OA in short,is a wholly-new working mode combining modern office work with computer network function by use of IT technologies to realize digital office.It can greatly increase utilization of information resources,improve office efficiency and working quality,further optimize existent corporate structure,adjust managing regime,increase coordinating office abilities and promote standardization and institutionalization of corporate office work.Aiming at improving corporate office efficiency and corporate management,this thesis analyzes the internal demands of official document management,administrative office and reimbursement management module taking the development status of Y company's informationization as a case study.On this basis,the thesis makes detailed analysis of the company's business process,takes into account the data flow in general and concludes an OA cooperative system demand analysis report.Under the system design principles and aiming at improving user experience,the thesis designs the overall architecture and introduces detailed design rules,acting as a basis for system implementation.In the system implementation phase,the thesis takes portal,process and knowledge as the basic elements,realizes the operation of the whole business process and realizes the data interaction with heterogeneous system via data integration.Meanwhile,strictly complying with the ideology of software management project,the thesis makes overall planning and detailed implementation and finally finishes the system implementation so that the existent business process is optimized and the system management is standardized and corporate management capabilities are improved.Targeting at implementation effects of the system,the thesis adopts AHP method to make quantitative index analysis,assesses implementation effects of OA system and selects the best one so as to offer references for implementation of other OA project in the future.
