Research On Visualization Of Knowledge Service In China Based On Multi-granular Social Network Analysis

With the advancement and development of information science and technology,the explosion of information and knowledge,how to accurately and efficiently obtain effective knowledge,and grasp the research status and development trend of the field of knowledge service in China have become the focus of current scholars.In previous research,some scholars often describe the concepts,features,models,and methods of knowledge services from a qualitative point of view.Some scholars use only keywords,authors,titles,institutions,etc.From those angle of view,we use co-word analysis,citation analysis,social network method and visual analysis method to systematically sort out and summarize the knowledge service field,and study the core research author,author co-author situation and other information,and thus get the evolution trend of the field.On the basis of previous researches,this paper focuses on micro-,meso-,and macro-levels in China's knowledge service area,namely,constructing core author network,team network,and organization network based on co-citation respectively.The network is based on social network analysis methods.With the help of visualized graphs to show the analysis results,a visual research framework of China's knowledge service domain based on analysis of multi-granular social retention was established in order to demonstrate the microscopic,medium,and macro perspectives.The overall development of China's knowledge service sector has a hierarchy.It analyzes the internal relationships among authors,teams,and institutions and discusses the possibility of cooperation among these three parties.This paper uses data samples from the knowledge service field in China Knowledge Network database from 2000 to 2018 as data samples.The core author network,team network,and organization network were constructed based on the co-cited angle respectively,and relying on the social network analysis method to measure the importance of nodes in the network to the core author network,team network,and organization network from the individual and the whole.For sexual analysis,the main indicators of individuality are the analysis of centrality and structural holes.The overall indicators are mainly the analysis of network overall density,network average distance analysis,core-edge structure analysis,and condensed subgroup analysis;secondly,after the above analysis is completed,A comparative analysis of micro-and meso-,meso-,macro-,micro-,and macro-levels in structural analysis was conducted,and the differences in specific research situations in the field of knowledge services in China were obtained.Finally,the author sums up and summarizes the research results of this paper,considers the existing problems,and forecasts the future research direction.
