Research And Implementation Of A Framework For Communication Dataset Knowledge Discovery

With the development of communication technology and Internet technology, the government agencies and enterprises have accumulated a large volume of business data. In these different kinds of data, there is a special kind of dataset—communication dataset, such as telephone communication records, E-mail exchange records, web links, etc. Such kind dataset contains a lot of useful knowledge and information like other dataset, people constantly trying to use possible methods to mine knowledge from them. This paper proposes a different kind solution from the perspective of social network analysis.Social network analysis method is a quantitative sociology method. It takes a social actor as a vertex of a graph, and takes the relationship between two actors as an edge of a graph, and then uses the algorithm of graph theory to resolve the problems of social network.This paper designs a dataset knowledge discovery prototype system based on social network analysis method. The overall framework is divided into four modules, data pre-processing, data localization, data analysis and data display, and the system is divided into three levels in terms of data, "social", "group" and "graph", then it makes top down analysis. It also implements functions of the multiple data sources management, calculation of social network analysis centrality measures, cohesive subgroup analysis and data visualization. At last simulation communication records are used to validate the prototype system.
