Chinese economic society need the railway transportation to have a higher development. In the 11th five-year plan, China will build 19800 km new railwaywhich include 5457km high speed railway by design. These high-speed railways such as Beijing-Shanghai express railway, Beijing-Shijiazhuang express railway,Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link, Shanghai-Hangzhou magnetic suspension project, Wuhan-Guangzhou special railway for passengers transportation, Shanghai-Nanjing express railway, Zhengzhou-Xi'an express railway can provide the bullet trains achieve 350kmph. Further more, since the Sixth railway speed boost in China at 2007,many Chinese railways provide the trains achieve the speed more than 200 kmph.Because Jiangxi province pays much attention to build high speed railway and update the railways in existence, the GSM/UMTS communication network can not meet the passengers'requirement on the way. The train speedup will bring the high speed railway coverage of GSM/UMTS much trouble, such as selection of cell handover section, Doppler shift restrained, handover relation setting, capacity estimation and build coverage scheme. So we need to update the GSM/UMTS network and make use of the new technologies include AFC, quick change, PBT in city, suburb, country, tunnel ahead scenes deal with those problems.This article Systematic analyzes the speed of Railway constantly brought to the mobile communication difficulties, a detailed analysis of the current mobile communication network coverage and high-speed railway communication in the quality of the main problems. That affect iron covered the main issues, the article focuses on the principle of the Doppler shift, switch, link budget, etc.Put forward on this basis and focuses on the coverage and solving the key to high-speed rail technology. Then the article proposes Changjiu high-speed railway under various environmental scenarios are a variety of network optimization program transformation, and technology through various programs and the current network simulation testing,analysis,comparison worked out for the best solution of covering Changjiu high-speed rail.
