The Investigation Of WDCMA High-Speed Railway Coverage Solution

Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) technology is a wireless network communication in today’s most advanced means of technology, it is one of the3main standards of mobile communication network. In China, it has built a huge communication network. It is currently run by China Unicom. In the face of a growing number of customers and users demand for perception, improve user satisfaction. In this kind of high speed running environment of China unicom how to provide good quality of WCDMA network coverage, and enhancing the level of network coverage become an urgent problem.Due to the high speed moving fast fading, Doppler effect, the wireless signal attenuation because of train material., the wireless signal switch confusion often occurs, couldn’t get through, the phenomenon such as call drop, led to the decrease of the user perception. In this paper, according to the WCDMA wireless high-speed rail, the solution of high speed switching and reselection with MRRU cell combination technology was proposed. Combined with the Shanghai-Nanjing high-speed rail, The solution was proved effective.
