Research On Design Of Modular Fixture Management System

The production system of enterprise is putting forward to gradually upgrade by intelligent manufacturing.Disassembling modular fixtures are widely applied due to production with multi-product and small batch becoming more and more important and utilization rate of special fixture continue reducing.In order to expand application scope of modular fixture,it is particularly important to save the preparation period and managing well.This dissertation is according to the research about management of modular fixture based on modularization design concept for meeting manufacturing needs in the enterprise.Firstly,the business processes of modular fixture in the enterprise and system requirements were analyzed based on different work of staffs in the modular fixture station.Then,the architecture and function of the system were introduced and explained in detail based on system requirements.Secondly,module design of the system was introduced and each module was described in detail.The flowchart and data flow diagram of various modules were listed,in the same time,the construction and function of database were introduced.Lastly,the system function of modular fixture was realized by coding and system renderings were displaced.After the system is realized,it was tested by black testing method,and stability of the system function verified by comparison of expected results and actual results.
