"Shengjing Times" is on October 18, 1906 (the Guangxu 32 on September the first) in, which begins publication in Fengtian (now Shenyang). After 38 years of running a newspaper, "Shengjing Times" changed its name as "Kant News" on September 14, 1944 and ceased publication when Japan surrendered after"August fifteenth"Incident in 1945. "Shengjing Times" is first Chinese newspapers that the Japanese published in China's northeast region and is also the longest history of Chinese newspapers in published.Nearly 40 years history of running a newspaper, so many historical events in the Northeast was documented. is the rare studies on modern history, the history of international relations, ethnic relations history, the history of northeast National Salvation that resist against Japan, the history of Northern Warlords, which is precious historical information for different researches. At the same time, it also has its own supplements, a rich record of the Northeast literary, archaeological discoveries, the encyclopedia of knowledge and so on. It is extremely valuable to reorganizing and researching, supplying quite abundant basic materials for nowadays northeast local literature.This paper will take the heyday of the Northeast Local Literature, "Shengjing Times" during 1906 - 1931, as the object of study, which dedicates to the analysis of the literature, research, organizing and summarizing. The selecting time limited from 1906 to 1931: 1906 was the era which "Shengjing Times" began publication; 1931, "September the eighteenth" Incident, the Northeastern China before the incident has not been fully controlled by the Japanese imperialists. This article elaborates with three parts, first of all, summarizing the overall "Shengjing Times", the newspaper of the background times, the theoretical principles of running a newspaper. Second, analyzing influence of Shengjing Times on northeast literature and taking Mu Rugai ,"Man"ethnic writer and the arts section editor at the time , as the representative. Finally, reorganizing its reported articles of historical events on "Shengjing Times" since 1906 to 1931 in China. In all, I will summarize the characteristics of the newspaper.
