Vibration sensors are widely used in industrial equipment testin g,structural health monitoring,geological and seismic equipment an d other fields.In the last ten years,electrochemical vibration sensor has developed rapidly as a new inertial sensor.Due to the liquid being measuring medium,the observation of vibration is realized by the motion of charged ions in the electrolyte.With many advantag es of high sensitivity,good low frequency characteristics,impact res istance and no electromagnetic interference,electrochemical vibration sensor has been gradually applied to the measuring products of me dium and low frequency vibration,such as geophone and seismomet er.Influenced by the heat diffusion and convection of the electrolyt e,the self-noise must be considered in the design of the electroche mical vibration sensor,the fundamental way to improve the noise p roblem is to optimize the geometric structure of the electrochemical transducing unit.On the basis of the self-noise modeling and resea rch of electrochemical vibration sensor,the main contents of this pa per are as follows:Firstly,based on the brief introduction of the structure and pri nciple of the electrochemical vibration sensor,the types and possibl e influencing factors of the self-noise are analyzed.Secondly,the multi-physical field simulation model of the elect rochemical vibration sensor is established by using the finite elemen t simulation analysis software COMSOL Multiphysics.The thermal n oise simulation model was established and the influence of various parameters on thermal noise was analyzed according to the simulati on results.A natural convection noise simulation model is establishe d.The influence of various parameters on natural convection noise is analyzed according to the distribution of velocity field and the m aximum value of fluid velocity.Finally,according to the analysis and discussion of the simulati on results,iodine/potassium iodide mixed solution with iodine con centration of 40mol/m~3 is selected.The thermal noise can be suppre ssed by reducing the distance between the anode holes and increasi ng the distance between the cathode holes.The natural convection noise can be suppressed by increasing the electrode spacing,decreas ing the anode thickness,increasing the cathode thickness and reduci ng the distance between the cathode holes.
