Electrochemical vibration sensors has potential application in the field of geophysical measurement,because it has many advantages,such as good low frequency,high sensitivity,small volume.It's also able to timely and effective detection and prediction when earthquakes,tsunamis and other natural disasters happen.The sensors apply in the country's oil and gas resources survey and exploration.Although a large number of electrochemical sensors appear on the market,it is still a difficult task that we select and design appropriate sensor in the new application field.For the simulation study of multi-physics field electrochemical vibration sensor in this paper,we studied the following aspects:This paper puts forward a kind of electrochemical vibration sensor based on the physical field simulation method.First,its main components and its working principle is described in this paper,mathematical model of electrochemical vibration sensor is established based on physical fields.Then the electrochemical sensor vibration transfer function is derived,and the factors what influence the sensor performance parameters can be defined.Then the multi-physics field theory model of electrochemical vibration sensors can be established by COMSOL Multiphysics finite element analysis software.There are many various modules in the analysis software,such as electrochemical module,fluid dynamics and thermodynamics module.The influences of electrode current.Again,when the sensors are in static and movement condition,and under the influence of temperature,structure parameters,the vibration intensity,the situations that the two kinds of electrode output current are studied.Factors affecting the thermal noise,noise of natural convection are analyzed in many aspects so as to optimize the sensor electrode structure of sensitive element.Also by changing the parameters of flow channel gateway structure,the convection to optimization.Finally,frequency response and dynamic range is standardized by using bench mark ultra-low frequency vibration device which belong the vibration of the Instrument and Electrical Engineering College of Jilin University laboratory measurement.By employing the vibration measurer of orthogonal homodyne laser interference,and the detector to be measured for vertical calibration,then test the sensitivity of the sensor,and compared with the simulation results,verifies the correctness of the simulation method.
