Design And Implementation For A Comprehensive Information Management Platform Of The Public Security Bureau Case

PSB case information management is a routine business, is also currently working in difficult information management. With the upgrading of China’s economic growth rate, the level of social and economic development continues to improve, increasing rural-urban migration, which have brought pressure on social security. Our various cases rising, especially social security and other cases, the traditional case management has been unable to meet the current needs of social development, therefore, an urgent need to adopt new management methods to achieve PSB case information management and maintenance.At present, China ’s public security organs in many areas are beginning to use information management approach to achieve the management and maintenance of police-related information, in which case information management is a core business. As China’s economic and social development is not balanced, in some areas, limiting funding led to the concept of information management methods do not really get applied immediately in the big cities, due to the large public security organs and departments, scattered locations, the existing information management systems lack effective resource sharing, can not achieve effective communication of information, greatly affects the efficiency of public security case information management.Based on the Shenyang Municipal Public Security Bureau of the actual situation in the case of information management, code development using ASP.NET technology, data management based on SQLServer2005 database, designed and implemented based on B/S mode Shenyang Public Security Bureau Case Information Management Platform, including the following:First, based on actual case management Shenyang Public Security Bureau, conducted research and analysis of case management services, according to the workflow, build a system architecture designed to determine user requirements for system design and database design model based on SQLServer2005 platform.Second, build ASP.NET technology development platform, designed and implemented the core functionality of the system, including the police case management, criminal case management, law and order case management, case information query and statistical analysis of cases several core modules. Finally, the system was designed to test and analysis, the test system functionality, performance, interface, pressure, etc., control user needs analysis.This paper developed a case management system based on the actual work of Shenyang Municipal Public Security Bureau, mainly in criminal cases, public security cases, such as the daily work of case management information system construction, while the daily alarm registration information, you can also query the case and analysis functions related to the operation.This paper systematically developed using standard software development process, the development process is progressing smoothly, the timely completion of development, and system test results show that: the development needs of users in this article how the system can be put into use.
