In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge is a vital role for rapid economic growth and an important strategic resource and core competitiveness of modern enterprises.Therefore,how to integrate the knowledge attached to individuals into the organization and allow individuals to actively participate in knowledge sharing in order to achieve effective knowledge management has become the mainstream of research on enterprise development and knowledge management in the knowledge economy era.The financial industry is characterized by high pressure and high performance industries,and it is crucial for the financial industry to keep abreast of constantly changing information.Therefore,effective knowledge sharing in the financial industry is more valuable than other industries.In view of this,the SOR model is used as a conceptual framework to explore the willingness of knowledge sharing.At the same time,a rational behavior theory(TRA)and S OR model are combined to explore the influencing factors of knowledge sharing willingness of financial industry practitioners through questionnaire survey.,to provide scientific care for the practice of knowledge sharing in the financial field of the Internet era.First,in the selection of individuals' own factors,this study selects three dimensions of perceived usefulness,perceived interest,and self-efficacy;social factors are placed in the context of the financial industry to consider and select the two dimensions that are most closely related:Performance and work pressure;technical factors take this dimension of information technology innovation.In this paper,six research hypotheses have been put forward and validated by the structural equation modeling method.It is preferred to obtain the research data through the questionnaire survey method,and then use SPSS22.0,SmartPLS 3 software for final data analysis.The analysis methods include exploratory factor analysis,reliability and validity analysis,and structural equation model test.The test results support three hypotheses.The study found that work pressure has a significant inhibitory effect on the willingness to share knowledge.This is contrary to previous scholars' research findings.This is due to the industry-specific nature of the financial industry's high-intensity and high-stress.The workload of employees is greater and the workload is greater.When you are big,you may not have the time or energy to organize information and obtain timely information that is of high value,so the willingness to share knowledge will decline.This article takes the financial industry practitioners as the research object and discusses the influencing factors of their knowledge-sharing willingness in the social media environment.This has certain reference value for improving the level and effect of knowledge management in the financial industry.Its research results are also the future financial industry knowledge.Sharing and related fields of research provide some theoretical considerations.
