The inheritance and development of traditional Chinese national culture are the requirements for the modernization of modern socialism and the first requirement for realizing the great rej,uvenation of the Chinese nation.Hainan Li national culture is an important part of traditional Chinese culture.Hainan Li is a key cultural reserve in Hainan Province.The Li nationality in Hainan is located in a remote area,separated from the mainland.People in the mainland know little about Hainan Li national culture and do not understand it well.This is an important issue for the inheritance and dissemination of Hainan Li ethnic culture protection.When China has entered information,the application of information technology in various industries is becoming more and more widespread.How to combine the development achievements of information technology with the ethnic culture of Hainan Li nationality and promote its inheritance and transmission is of great social significance.3D technology has a strong advantage in display and experience,allowing users to experience cultural products and improve their experience.Therefore,the application of 3D technology to the cultural experience and application of Hainan Li nationalities,building a rich variety of Hainan Li ethnic cultural resources,is conducive to the protection and dissemination of Hainan Li national culture.Traditional 3D foundation modeling has many repeated modeling problems and model memory is too large.This paper proposes an optimization strategy based on 3DS MAX model,which firstly simplifies the 3D model modeling process,and then constructs an optimized model for data preprocessing.Finally,the three-dimensional modeling model is optimized from the five technologies of LOD technology,blanking technology,instantiation technology,texture mapping technology,and three-dimensional effect optimization technology to achieve memory optimization without affecting the visual effects.Hainan Island's cultural heritage is inseparable from Hainan Island's sea landscape.Hainan Island's sea landscape is also the birthplace of Hainan's Li ethnic culture.Hainan's Li people also live in harmony with the water and inherit the culture of the nation.In the traditional three-dimensional scene modeling,the scattering effect of dynamic water model cannot be realized in rendering.This paper proposes a dynamic water scattering model based on Unity3D Shader technology.Firstly,the water scattered light is simulated and calculated.Then,the logical structure of the shader model is constructed.The vertex program function including the calculation of scattered light is designed.Finally,the function structure containing the concept of time is introduced to the static water model to realize the development of a dynamic water scattering shader.Finally,taking the Li-Nan ethnic culture experience dissemination and application experiment in Hainan Province as an example,the proposed model optimization method and the design example of the shader model are validated.
