As human senses are used to feel the surrounding environment and make interaction,the manufacturing machine without life must make the corresponding feedback by diversiform sensors to feel the information of outside world,if they want to realized automation and intelligent,the angular and linear displacement to be foundation constituent part among them together.Differ from the demand for large-range whit linear displacement sensor,the miniaturization and electrical system integration become an important target in angular displacement sensor when the limitation of installation conditions and measurement environment appeared,and now,this research area has also become a hot spot in current world.In the process of miniaturization,constraints of made the precision line by the grating,as well as the contradiction between size and resolution by the electromagnetic coupling sensor.Under the background,the pop up of measurement tech of time-grating open up a new direction of research.The experimental team of author has been studying the principle of time-grating for nearly 30 years,the contradiction between room of electrode,precision manufacturing and measurement error has been solved by use the theory of time and space transformation,and design a electric field angular displacement sensor on this basis.Synthetic traveling wave with induction,after circuit processing of type of comparison,interpolation and count to achieve the goal of angular displacement measurement.In the development of time-grating of miniaturization,the layout of structure and the integrate of electrical system become the most important and difficult things into the research.The following main work is write around miniaturization time-grating.1)Design the miniaturization structure basis on single row and differential structure of time-grating.The single row ensure the consistency of excitation and the differential ensure the excellent anti-interference ability also provide a compact electrode layout,all to become the guarantee of miniaturized and measurement accuracy.Through the model establishment to explains how to produce traveling wave signal directly by build motion alternating electric field to realize the angular measurement.The curve function of the rotor electrode of the time-grating is from the formula derivation in polar coordinates and the result is f(x)has been derived.Through the combine with single and multiple electrode to provide an absolute-type measurement.Final,make a time-grating prototype with 60 mm diameter and center hole by PCB fabrication process.2)According to the measuring principle of the time gate sensor to design the electrical system and the peripheral module.The incentive system use DDS technology as the core,and design of the waveform generator based on D/A chip with different performance,in order to ensure the consistency of the four road excitation signal;traveling wave signal processing system provides four kinds of amplifier circuit in the first stage,coordinate with filtering and shaping process,ensure the square wave signal with information of time have high quality.In the process of research,PCB circuits are made for different design schemes.3)An experimental platform based on high precision grating is built.Make a prototype of a time-grating with a diameter of 60 mm and a center hole by PCB tech.Finally,experimental analysis of different system show that,the excitation generation system is selected using high-precision D/A chip,while the traveling wave processing system adopts the instrument amplifier circuit,and an integrated circuit suitable for the size of the sensor prototype is made.Subsequently,through the analysis and optimization of sensor electrical parameters(electromagnetic interference and integrity analysis)and structural parameters(stator lead and electrode layout),the accuracy of the miniaturization time-grating has reached the ± 10 " that also reach the level of international leading.To sum up,the small size,high precision and complete function of the miniaturized time-gating designed in this paper are suitable for the extension of product.
