Angle as one of the important geometric parameters play an important role in the instruments manufacturing and the movement control of the industrial robot,and its accuracy has a direct impact on the quality and life of the product.Angular displacement sensor is developed for the real-time measurement of angle,widely used in scientific research and production practice.The traditional angular displacement sensor is dependent on the precision scribe lines of space,also has some shortcomings such as high cost,strict with its environment.However,the time grating angular displacement sensor using“space-time coordinate transformation” thought,converted the measurement of space into the tests of time,what's more,the precision displacement measurement dependence on space precision reticle dropped significantly.But no matter the initial field time grating or later variable coupling coefficient all needs winding coil in the rotor or stator by hand and because of the rotor and the stator is closely,it will caused winding distribution uneven error,so exist the problem of inconvenient installation in the extreme environmental conditions.This topic under the support of National Natural Science Fund,based on the structure of time grating is flexibility and variability,then think of the physical effect such as Hall effect,magnetoresistance effect and magnetic effect combining with the thinking of time grating to realize the measurement of angular displacement.The latest generation of TMR rely on the high sensitivity,small volume,low power consumption and easy integration features has the incomparable superiority compared with the traditional magnetic sensor.Hence,Put forward combined TMR with grating measurement principle and signal processing method to design a new angular displacement sensor.The main research contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)Analysis the working principle of time grating and the characteristic of TMR linear magnetic sensor,then proposed the principle of measuring angular displacement based on TMR and time grating technology.(2)According to the principle of angular displacement measurement,the model of the sensor is simulated,Therefore,the important parameters of the structure and magnetic circuit are carried out in the simulation software.(3)To test the characteristics of TMR chip and verify the rationality of the design of the simulation structure parameters.On the basis of this,the principle of the sensor isfurther verified.(4)Set up the experimental platform to test the static performance of the sensor,and combined with the systemic error,proposed the design of the sensor package.In summary,the illustration of the angular displacement sensor based on TMR and time grating technology mainly from three aspects: theoretical analysis,simulation design and experimental research.Theory combined with practice and constantly improve the design of the sensor.By testing,the sensor prototype not only achieve the measurement of angular displacement,but also has a good stability up to 0.025 v,with a resolution of 0.1degrees.
