A Study Of Reverse Logistics Location Based On Partners' Participation

China is the world's largest producer and abandoner of electronic products.If a large number of waste electronic products are not recycled,it is not only a waste of resources but also a serious threat to the environment.With the continuous renewal of business models,the use of partners to help with recycling has emerged.Although the research theory of reverse logistics is abundant,there are few studies on this situation.Based on this,this paper studies the problem of multi-objective and multi-period location selection of reverse logistics considering the participation of partners in recycling.First of all,this paper combs the research objects,contents and methods in the field of reverse logistics,and summarizes the research characteristics and considerations of the reverse logistics site selection.Secondly,the business process and recovery model of the research object ' Ai Hui Shou' are expounded,and the mathematical model about satisfaction and profit as the objective function is established according to the characteristics of the research object.Then,by collecting and retrieving the relevant data of the‘Ai Hui Shou' area in Shanghai,using matlab to program solutions.Finally,by changing the maximum collection volume of offline collection stores and partner's collection points,operating cycle,partner transaction complete time,distance from offline stores to operation centers,etc.,the changes in site selection and related results were observed,and perform some parameters sensitivity analysis.Through research,it is found that satisfaction is negatively correlated with profit,and the maximum amount of recycling about offline stores and partner recycling points are important factors affect profits.Increasing the maximum amount of recycling about the offline stores and partner recycling points can make the profit increase.Changes in the operating cycle have no obvious impact on the site selection and related results,avoiding the need to re-evaluate the site selection plan and pay extra economic costs when the operating cycle changes.Changes in the trading time of partners have important influence on the results of the site selection,and the business problems caused by the audit one day earlier should be abolished.The distance between offline stores and operation centers is also a key factor affecting the location.When expanding stores to other cities,companies should consider the changes brought about by this factor.In addition,the sale price of remanufactured products and the service price given to partners have a significant impact on profits,and changes in the two can cause large changes in profits.The recovery price of second-hand electronic products and the overall construction cost of offline store are basically change the same with profit.However,the change of the unit handling cost and unit distance transportation price have little effect on the profit.
