In recent years,natural disasters,major accidents and other emergencies have occurred frequently,which has caused serious threats to the security of lives and property of the people.The implementation of rapid rescue to reduce casualties and economic losses has become a research focus at home and abroad.When an emergency occurs,the disaster areas need a large amount of relief materials.Planning the location of the logistics centers rationally,predicting the needs of the disaster areas,formulating the travel path of the transportation vehicles,and allocating relief materials to the disaster areas scientifically and reasonably,can improve rescue efficiency.In the current research on emergency logistics,location-allocation problems and vehicle routing problems are mainly studied separately.When one of the problems reaches the optimum,the whole may not be optimal.Therefore,this paper takes emergency logistics as the research background,summarizes the research status of location-allocation problems and vehicle routing problems,and combines them,considers the priority of the alternative logistics centers,and study on location-routing optimization of emergency logistics.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The main research is the location-routing optimization of emergency logistics.In the process of location,the priority evaluation of the alternative logistics centers are calculated by considering the environmental,road,social and historical disaster factors of the logistics centers.Establish a multi-objective optimization of emergency logistics location-routing model that takes priority and the connectivity of roads and the ambiguity of requirements into consideration,with the lowest economic cost and the shortest waiting time of the disaster areas as the objective functions.The final logistics centers are determined from the alternative logistics centers,and the logistics centers which the disaster areas belongs to and the travel path of the relief materials transportation vehicles are determined according to the needs and geographic location of the disaster areas,so as to optimize the goal.(2)The model of emergency logistics location-routing optimization is a multi-objective optimization model.The advantages and disadvantages of NSGA-II algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm are analyzed.The NSGASA algorithm was obtained by combining simulated annealing algorithm with nsga-ii algorithm,and the validity of the algorithm was proved by testing the ZDT1 and ZDT2 data sets.(3)Taking Wenchuan Earthquake as an example,through MATLAB programming,the location of the final logistics centers and the travel path scheme of relief materials transportation vehicles are obtained.The NSGASA algorithm is compared with the BFOA algorithm,and the schemes with priority considered are compared with those without priority considered,which proves the effectiveness of the model and algorithm in this paper.
