Logistics plays an extremely important role in the circulation of modern commodities.As an important part of economic development,logistics is closely related to social production and people's lives.In recent years,with the development of China's economy,the improvement of science and technology,and the fiercer market competition,enterprises not only need to concentrate more warehouses as much as possible to reduce logistics costs,but also ensure a certain distribution efficiency,and timely Delivering the goods to the customer,thereby improving the level of service to ensure customer satisfaction.The logistics network integration planning problem studied in this paper is an important issue in logistics planning.The research on logistics location problem has been concentrated on the single dimension optimization of the total logistics cost,although some scholars have extended it to multi-objective research in recent years,most of them use examples to analyze,lack of actual cases to prove.And pay more attention to algorithm design and ignore the sensitivity analysis of the model itself.This paper constructs a multi-objective logistics network integration planning model considering the total logistics cost and total delivery time.Target function of delivery time considers the impact of traffic congestion delay index on the actual delivery time.The traffic congestion delay index data is derived from the Amap maps traffic analysis report.This report is based on the massive traffic travel data accumulated by Amap maps,which is calculated by big data mining and has high reliability.In terms of algorithm,this paper improves the Artificial Bee Colony Algorithm which can only solve single target problem into Multi-Artificial Bee Colony Algorithm which can solve multi-objective problem,and compares it with Non-Dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm.In terms of analysis of results,this paper introduces the Jaccard Similarity Coefficient to measure the impact of partial condition changes on the results.Due to the limitations of time and ability,there are still some shortcomings in this study that need further improvement.First of all,when the model is constructed,the transportation mode is divided into waterway transportation and land transportation.The transportation cost of waterway is much lower than that of land transportation,but the transportation time will be greatly extended.However,this paper only considers the cost difference and does not consider the difference of transportation time.Secondly,the parameter adjustment in the algorithm can be improved to the automatic tuning parameter.
