With the rapid development of the Internet,online games not only exist as a form of entertainment for people.The combination of online games with social platforms,social design,and entertainment has become a new social style for people.Therefore,as a new social style,how does online games affect people's social life? What is the social relationship constructed by the interpersonal communication in online games in and out of the game? What are the differences and specific manifestations between social relationship and network interpersonal communication?How should we recognize and use the interpersonal communication in online games? We need to pay attention to this issue.This paper first introduces the background and significance of this issue.The research status of online games and Internet interpersonal communication is described in this paper.It is pointed out that the research methods in this paper are questionnaire survey and participatory observation.Next,this paper describes the related concepts and development history of online games and interpersonal communication,and elaborates online games from concepts,origins,types,and aspects.The conclusion is that mobile-side mobile online games with sociability occupy the mainstream of the market.The conformation of the interpersonal relationships is based on them.The evolution of the media used for communication is described in stages as the interpersonal communication in the traditional era,interpersonal communication in the era of mobile communication and interpersonal communication in the new media era.Different stages have their unique characteristics.Case analysis is the main part of this paper.The most popular online game “The Glory of the King”of this year is taken as a case study.The white-collar workers and college students,as the main user groups,are selected as the survey objects.In addition,the main body of the interpersonal communication in the game,the communication media,and the motivation of the communication are also analyzed.Sample data are analyzed to summarize the characteristics of interpersonal communication online game.According to the different stages and motives of interpersonal communication in online games,it can be divided into three communication relationships: tool type,emotional type and mixed type.This paper summarizes the difference between the interpersonal communication in the online game and the general network interpersonal communication,and what kind of supplement to the network interpersonal communication in the dissemination subject,the communication environment,the means of communication,and the effect of communication.Then this paper mainly expounds the positive and negative parts of the influence of the interpersonal communication in online games,the online and offline interpersonal relationship,physical and mental health,moral level,values.The final part of this article is to standardize the interpersonal communication in online games from multiple perspectives.These multiple perspectives include the perspective of the norms of the dissemination of the main body,the perspective of internal self and the perspective of external family and school education,the perspective of the promotion of the moral consciousness and mental health literacy of the discriminator subject.The normative aspect of the communication environment requires the government to strengthen the supervision of online games and Internet cafes,requires balanced media coverage,allows people to correctly understand online games so as to create a healthy environment for communication.From the perspective of the norms of the online game industry itself,the mainstream values of the communism must be integrated into the design process of the online games.We must consciously enhance the cultural value of online games.
