Design And Realization Of College Teachers'Employment Appraisal System

The evaluation of the appointment of teachers refers to the consideration and evaluation of the implementation of the job responsibilities during the appointment of the teacher on the premise of the implementation of the appointment system for teachers.The results can be used as an important basis for teacher evaluation,promotion,reward,and punishment.Because the college teacher appointment management is a complex task involving teaching evaluation,scientific research evaluation and personnel management,it is urgent for a scientific and practical college teacher assessment software system to assist the work.This paper first introduces the research background and significance of the evaluation of college teacher appointment period,and introduces the current evaluation methods from three aspects: teaching evaluation,research evaluation and performance evaluation.Then,the AHP-BPNN algorithm for constructing the teaching evaluation model and the scientific research evaluation model was put forward.According to the actual situation of a certain university,the teaching evaluation index system and the scientific research evaluation index system were established.The functional structure and database of the system were designed in detail.Finally,this paper adopts the B/S architecture and uses the SpringMVC,Spring,and MyBatis frameworks in Java EE technology to implement the system functions.
