The Design And Application Of Mobile Device Management Platform In Fire Force

The popularity of smartphones in the troops continues to increase due to National Military Commission relaxes the restrictions on use of mobile phones and allows officers and soldiers to use their mobile phones in no-working hours under the premise of confidentiality requirements.However,the military has special characteristics.It is unlikely that the use of mobile phone networks by officers and men will be as casual as the public.How to control the smart phones of officers and soldiers,how to ensure the data security of their smart phones,how to limit the download of applications to prevent security threats to smartphones caused by insecure applications and how to limit their activity area.All of these needs should be added to the solution of MDM smart phone management platform.Therefore,mobile device management(MDM)intelligent platform used in fire forces is designed in this paper.First of all,the system needs analysis is carried out for the problems that need to be solved,and the design goals of the MDM platform is determined then.In order to improve the performance of the whole system,the whole MDM system is divided into two subsystems in the demand stage,which are the server and database design subsystem and the mobile device management platform subsystem,respectively.The paper focuses on the analysis of the design of the mobile device management platform subsystem,which is divided into six functional modules: administrator management,organization,device management,application management,report statistics,MDM setting.Secondly,the specific design plan of MDM platform is proposed,including server design,database design and the interface design of each module of MDM platform.The server design is divided into four parts: audit service,LDAP service,MDM service and PUSH service.The database design includes the basic information table of user/user group,equipment information table and related data tables,policy detail table and mobile application table.The design of MDM module includes the interface design of six modules: system login,organization,device management,application management,report statistics and MDM setting.Finally,according to the designed MDM platform for system testing.Tests are performed on each module to fully analyze and introduce each part of the MDMplatform's function and specific operating procedures.Through the test,we can have a deep understanding of the system's functions and existing loopholes as well as deficiencies.At present,the MDM platform is still in the testing stage,and the functions of each module are stable and running normally,basically achieving the desired goal.
