Design And Implementation Of Commercial Bank Mobile Office System

With the continuous improvement of information and science technology,the application of informationization and networking is becoming more and more extensive.With the continuous improvement of mobile application technology,smart devices are changing people's daily work and life in subtle ways.In the past,corporate offices have remained in artificial management.But with the development of mobile Internet,this traditional pattern has been broken and mobile smart office has been gradually introduced into various enterprises.With the progress and development of enterprises,the traditional paper-based office mode has been unable to cope with the demands of today's management,so it is urgent to use modern intelligent tools to innovate the traditional office mode.It is a new requirement for the new era to apply informationization management to daily work and replace the traditional paper-based office mode with electronic informatization.With the implementation of the mobile office system,commercial banks not only can make work more standard and improve the staff's working efficiency,but also can promote the resources sharing and information transmission between departments of commercial Banks.In other way,it enhanced the market service ability of commercial Banks and the market competition ability.Therefore,it is necessary to design and develop a simple and feasible commercial bank mobile office system.The main work of this paper is divided into three aspects.(1)Fisrtly,this paper summarizes the related theory and technology of the commercial bank mobile office system.The feasibility is analyzed from the technical feasibility,economic feasibility and operation feasibility.Then the eight functional requirements of commercial bank mobile office system are summarized including the basic information management,personal office management,meeting management,bulletin management,mail management,electronic document management,associates and safety management system.(2)This paper analyzes the design of commercial bank mobile office system.Firstly,we describe the overall design goals,design principles and architecture design of the system.Then a detailed functional structure design is put forward from the system of eight functional modules.Finally,from conceptual design,logical design and physical design,the system database is analyzed and designed in detail.(3)Based on Android studio and SQL Server 2014 database,this paper develops the commercial bank mobile office system.The eight functional modules are implemented.The implementation interfaces of each function modules are showed with the corresponding operation methods in detail.Then the commercial bank mobile office system is tested.The results illustrate that the system obtains the desired function and have a good effect.
