With the continuous advancement of national health reform policy,the construction of the hospital informatization has been strengthened constantly.As an important part of the hospital information system,the pathology information system plays an important role in the construction of the hospital informatization.Nowadays,there are various brands of the pathology information systems,which have been widely applied in the pathology department of the hospitals with large and medium scales in China.However,there exist many differences of the scales and financial conditions among the domestic hospitals.Besides that,the number of the work staff and the quality of related hardware devices in pathology department also vary very much,thus directly affecting the hospital pathology the deployment and application of information system.Through the survey,it's found that some small and medium-sized hospitals are still using the stand-alone system,which is of single function and lack of the relations to HIS,PACS and other hospital information system,so it's unable to supply the pathological information sharing inside and outside the hospital,thus still lasting the "information island" phenomenon.In addition,there are also some objective factors that affect the pathologic work in some hospitals.By analyzing the current situation,this topic designed and developed a set of pathology information system with multi-functional,flexible deployment,extensibility and usability,which is in order to meet the work requirements of the different scales of hospital pathology departments.The main tasks completed are as follows:(1)In allusion to the "information island" problem caused by the stand-alone version of pathology information system,a hybrid architecture that included a main C/S mode and a complementary B/S mode was designed to realize the mixed mode of pathological information system,thus solving the problem of the pathological information sharing inside and outside the hospital,and reflecting the flexibility and expansibility of the system at the same time.(2)The integration and application of the relevant pathological quality control methods was realized in the system,so that the daily workflow of pathology can become more convenient and standardized with the assist of this system.(3)According to some objective problems in the hospital,an intelligent auxiliary editing of diagnosis report and an adaptive matching function of print were designed and implemented in the system to meet the practical need of the report doctor,which manifested the usability of this system.Through the above work,the stated goal of this project is completed.It makes the pathological information system flexible and integral functions,and at the same time,the pathological information sharing are realized inside and outside the hospital,and the quality control functions are added into the system,and some improvements about the edit and print are taken on the diagnosis reports.All of these innovations are of great practical value in the practical clinical application of hospitals.
