As the traditional industries and e-commerce business develop rapidly,the number of warehouses increase sharply.The items in warehouses are numerous and valuable,so the security of warehouse has become the focus of attention.The real-time and effective monitoring of warehouse security has important research value and practical significance.In order to remotely monitor the warehouse security anywhere and anytime,collect warehouse environment information and video data in real time,monitor the abnormal situation and alarm,this paper studies the current situation at home and abroad,analyzes the system requirements and designs the system plan.The key technologies studied are: warehouse environment information collection based on ZigBee;video acquisition and intrusion detection;server construction and data web page display;4G remote wireless data transmission;private network traversal technology.The system chooses Raspberry pi 3 whose controller is ARM Cortex-A53 as the system development platform and uses the Linux operating system.Based on ZigBee to achieve the collection of warehouse environment information: according to the monitoring needs,the environment information collection scheme is designed,the data frame format is formulated,the power control of the terminal node is emphatically studied,and the hardware and software design of the terminal node and the coordinator node are completed.The system processor module builds a web server and a video server: the web server receives and processesenvironment information,and the data of the video server is acquired by the camera according to the V4L2 interface specification,and the abnormal situation is detected and the alarm information is sent to the administrator;PPP Dial-up achieves 4G LTE network connection,and external network access is achieved through private network penetration technology.The system enables administrator to remotely view the monitoring video and the temperature,humidity,smoke,and flame in the warehouse anytime and anywhere.The verifying experiments prove that the system can effectively collect the environmental parameters and real-time video information,and the administrator can view the monitoring data on the web page anytime,anywhere,and the intrusion detection and environmental information over-threshold alarm are achieved.The system has strong practical application value and can be applied to related areas' remote monitoring.
