With the coming era of big data and internet plus,the degree of dependence on internet is increasing,therefore,the number of data centers is raising year by year,so how to ensure stable temperature and energy saving in rooms has become a hot topic in cooling simulation and experiment.However,the survey showed that 90% operators are still using central air conditioning in data centers,leading to low room temperature but high and uneven cabinet temperature,not only causing the power loss increased,but also increasing the difficulty in maintaining the cabinet temperature.Based on the understanding of research status of cooling process in data center,this paper research from thermal analysis and cooling simulation and experiment.In the thermal analysis study of cabinet cooling process,the thermodynamic module was established,based on this,thermal analysis has been conducted on the supply method of air diffusion and the ventilation method of wind amount adjustment by terminal controller,results show that the second method has a better efficiency and homogenization.Therefore,how to improve the performance of wind amount controller has become a key issue in process study of temperature control for cabinets in data center.In the study of the cooling simulation and experiment,the mathematical model of electronic cabinet,temperature sensor,wind valve driver have been established combined with thermodynamic equation,and the defect of PID and fuzzy PID was studied,based on this,a simulation was conducted on three controllers,and the cabinet room cooling system which under the three kinds of terminal controllers has been established,results show that the variable-universe fuzzy PID cooling system has better response performance,smaller over shoot,shortest steady state time,higher adaptability to external interference.At last,three system modules were developed by LabView,and the experimental results proved the above simulation results.
