The traditional electric control system of diaphragm pump uses manual control of speed to adjust inlet pipe pressure,which is not reliable and accurate,and has hysteresis.The intelligent control algorithm is used to optimize the electric control system of diaphragm pump to realize automatic speed regulation and precise control of inlet pipe pressure,which is of great significance to improve the performance of diaphragm pump equipment.Reciprocating piston diaphragm pump as a long-distance pipeline transportation equipment,widely used in all walks of life in the industrial field,is an indispensable key equipment in modern large-scale industrial production.Due to the mechanical structure principle of diaphragm pump,it is necessary to provide the inlet pipe pressure within the specified range to ensure the smooth operation of equipment suction process.To ensure a reasonable and stable inlet pipe pressure can make the operation of diaphragm pump in the best state,prolong the service life of related parts,and make the flow pressure of the output pipe of diaphragm pump more stable.The traditional electric control system of diaphragm pump uses manual control of speed to adjust inlet pipe pressure,which is not reliable and accurate,and has hysteresis.The intelligent control algorithm is used to optimize the electric control system of diaphragm pump to realize automatic speed regulation and precise control of inlet pipe pressure,which is of great significance to improve the performance of diaphragm pump equipment.In view of the above problems,this thesis has carried on the modeling simulation and the comparative analysis to the diaphragm pump inlet pipeline pressure control system,has determined the optimization control method,has carried on the following several aspects research mainly:Firstly,through the research on the development of diaphragm pump electronic control system and fuzzy control technology,the disadvantages of traditional diaphragm pump electronic control system are found,and the possibility of fuzzy control applied to the electric control system is analyzed.Secondly,based on the working principle of diaphragm pump and the process of pipeline transportation system,the influencing factors and control difficulties of inlet pipe pressure of diaphragm pump are analyzed.Thirdly,according to the analysis conclusion,taking the actual parameters of diaphragm pump of Shanxi coal industry company as an example,the traditional fuzzy controller is designed.The traditional fuzzy controller is improved by designing variable universe fuzzy controller based on the expansion factor of fuzzy control.A new improved method is proposed,that is,adding a group of control rules to the first level fuzzy controller,and assigning different weight proportion according to different system error feedback.The two groups of control rules work together to improve the control performance of the system.In the new improvement process,two weight allocation schemes are adopted.Finally,the inlet pipe pressure model of diaphragm pump is established,and the traditional fuzzy control method,variable universe fuzzy control method and improved control method are compared and analyzed by Matlab software.In the simulation process,the interference factors are the flow and density analyzed above,and the interference forms are step and random interference.The simulation results show that among the four control methods,the variable universe fuzzy control functional improvement method has the best control performance,and achieves the purpose of optimal control of diaphragm pump electric control system.
