The heated draw roll is a key component of the drafting chemical fiber.The full drafting process of the chemical fiber requires a very high real-time temperature of the heated draw roll godets,Once the temperature transfinite is not founded,it will lead to a large amount of chemical fiber draw unqualified quality,greatly affect the economic benefits of textile companies.Aiming at this problem,this paper designs a heated draw roll surveillance system based on OPC technology.It can pass the WinCC configuration software real-time monitoring system in 54 heated draw roll godets surface real-time information such as temperature and speed.Hardware part of the heated draw roll surveillance system consists of heated draw roll,single-phase AC voltage regulating module,rotary temperature transmitter module,temperature controller module,control panel module,heated draw roll heating voltage and current detection module,and upper computer hardware signal conversion interface,etc.Upper computer hardware signal conversion interface can convert the USB signal into RS485 signal,which is the bridge between the upper computer and the lower computer.The lower computer includes 3 control panel modules and 18 heated draw roll heating voltage and current detection module.The control panel module can realize the management and control of 9 temperature controller module in the temperature control cabinet at the same time.The PID parameters and the set temperature of each temperature controller module can be set through the keypad of the control panel module.LCD screen in the control panel module display the set temperature value,real-time temperature,speed and status,etc.The control panel module can communicate with the upper computer for two-way 485 communication.Heated draw roll heating voltage and current detection module can detect the heating current and voltage at the two sides of the heater,and transmit the detected data to the upper computer through the RS485 interface.The upper computer of heated draw roll surveillance system is composed of KEPServerEX OPC server and configuration software WinCC.The KEPServerEX OPC server and 3 control panel modules,18 heated draw roll heating voltage and current detection module communicate through upper computer hardware signal conversion interface and the ModBus-RTU protocol.The KEPServerEX OPC server serves as the main communication station,3 control panel modules and 18 heated draw roll heating voltage and current detection module as the communication slave station.Configuration software WinCC includes user login function,data display and storage function,parameter setting function,and alarm function.The user login function enables only legitimate users who are logged in to modify the parameters P,I,D,and the set temperature.Data display and storage function can achieve 54 heated draw roll control parameters proportional P,integral I,differential D,real-time temperature T,set temperature ST,speed n,heating voltage hv and heating current hc real-time display to the interface,It can archive process values of real-time temperature T and can save them to the ACCESS table.The parameter setting function enables legitimate users to modify the control parameters of each hot draft roller in the system through the upper computer.The alarm function can realize that when the temperature of the surface of the godet of the heated draw roll exceeds the limit,alarm information will be displayed in the alarm window of the main interface.After many field tests,the surveillance system of heated draw roll can achieve the desired goal and meet the actual needs of the zhengzhou Textile Machinery Automatic Control Equipment limited company.
