In recent years,with the rapid development of domestic cities,there are many problems of the management of underground pipelines in domestic cities need to be-solved.Problems such as inadequate level of management and insufficient scale of underground pipeline construction are highlighted.In many areas,safety problems such as road collapse,leakage and explosion of pipelines,and heavy rains are common.In addition,different accidents in the maintenance,operation,and construction of underground pipelines often occur,which directly reduces the city's operational order and endanger the people's safety life and property.To this end,a county-level city put forward the design and implementation of for the imformation management system of the underground pipeline.Pipeline information management system adopts plug-in software structure design,coded with.Net language,and implements plug-ins to implement management of underground pipeline data by loading services,including data loading,query statistics,data editing,data management,and cartographic analysis.In the technical framework of the underground pipeline information management system,the system application program performs task processing in the client through the service interface module,the communication implementation module and the server,and interacts with the data interface to complete the operations of the service management database and the spatial database.The system's database is Oracle 11G.The underground pipeline information management system mainly implements the data management and data dynamic update operations of eight categories of urban underground pipelines,including documents,map browsing,query statistics,data mapping,data editing,data management,and system settings.This paper only implements data editing,data management,and graphics printing modules.Data editing implements:state control,selection elements,edit undo,edit redo,drawing elements,attribute editing,attribute cloning,connection management,pipeline merging,insertion control,point-to-line linkage,pipe network deletion,pipe network discarding,and Pipeline recovery.Data management implements:pipeline mapping system,CAD data output,GIS data output,and point-line table data output.Cartographic printing achieves:coordinate labeling,bolt distance labeling,buried depth labeling,pipe network labeling,pull flag labeling,labeling configuration,drawing type,drawing element,setting pattern,printing in a rectangular area,printing in a circular area,printing in a free are,and View printing,template printing,print configuration,template management,rectangular area image export,circular area image export,free area image export,and current view image export.The application of the system can realize the centralized management of all kinds of underground pipeline information,and share it with the information resources of the pipeline administrative departments and the ownership units.It will improve the safety management level of underground pipelines and emergency disaster prevention capabilities,meet the needs of urban construction management,and enhance the city's comprehensive carrying capacity and development quality.
