With the continuous development of online sales,the necessity of advantage in the customer relationship management based on customer behavior gradually emerged.How to make the sales farewell blind telephone communication,how to connect the most in need of customer service to the most appropriate sales,and how to greatly enhance the efficiency of enterprise sales at the same time,how to clean up the market environment and reduce the harassment to consumers is a very important issue.The thesis deals with the problems of customer relationship management and the system of sales activities management according to customers' behaviors.The system includes activities between sales and sales and sales to customers.The activities between sales and sales include the management of sales.Sales can view the data of other sales,share information and transfer customers according to the authority.The activities of sales to customers include creating and managing new customers,identifying and tracking customers' behaviors of reading content through App,WeChat and e-mail channels.The system will create customers for potential customers by following public numbers,sending data,filling forms,etc.If a customer's information is incomplete,the system can automatically distribute the customer to the sales if the sales can get information during the communication.If the customer's information is completed,sales can follow the customer's behavior,understand customers' requirement through statistical data,then determine the next operation to the customer.The thesis completed the system research and requirements analysis,carried out the overall system design,and realized the main functions of the system,including five modules,such as basic functions,customer management,historical records,data management,data analysis and so on.The front-end system is a mobile application,which is realized by Android technology;the design of back-end includes SpringBoot framework,and Kafka,Redis,Sendcloud and other technologies to implement the system functions.The sales activity management system completed by the thesis has been running online and is available to the company sales and meets the needs of the company's customers.Now it has covered all the processes of sales activities management including sales data sharing,customer creation,customers' behavior collection and other functions.In the process of s,tle' use,it greatly improves the management efficiency of the sales,and reduces the complexity of the sales sharing information through other chat applications,saves the time of repeated communication between a number of sales,and is accord with the management requirements of the sales of many cooperative customers and improves the profit for the company.
