Design And Implementation Of Comprehensive Information Management System For The New Rural Construction

With the deepening of the construction of a new socialist countryside and the continuous development of the rural economy,a large amount of comprehensive information will be produced accordingly.The effective collection and collation of these information materials is the basis for carrying out various tasks in the new rural construction.At this stage,various complicated social situations and heavy information processing have made the base level government face enormous challenges in its management.In response to this type of problem,based on the existing information management methods,a new rural construction integrated information management system has been introduced to realize informationization,networking,and digitization of information data management in rural areas.It provides guarantees for the normal and efficient operation of basic level government agencies,and it is of great significance for the construction and development of new rural areas.This thesis designs and researches an integrated information management platform system on the basis of an objective analysis of the status and trends of new rural construction at domestic and abroad.The system is composed of the functions of party administration,social affairs management,comprehensive management,office management,birth control management,investment project management,agricultural management,system management,user management,role management,and authority setting.The main features include: 1.Easy operation to facilitate the use of the system in towns and townships where information technology development is relatively underdeveloped;2.Centralization and unification facilitates the unified release and implementation of township and township policies and req uirements;3.Scalability,the organizational structure is adjusted and extended according to township governments,and it can be easily deployed on an external internet network.Users can access and use the information directly through the browser,which is convenient for users to input information anytime anywhere.The management system platform uses modern information technology to conduct more comprehensive and standardized management of farmer households.It will effectively solve the problems of scatt ered and disorderly rural farmer households in the information collecting,reviewing,and management of new rural construction,which can improve the efficiency and transparency of management of new rural construction.This thesis introduces the development process of the information management platform in detail.The platform is based on the WebForm platform developed by JAVA.The background database is based on Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Express.The JAVA program connects to the database through JDBC.The main works include: the distribution of different user functions,the design of the web page,and the connection between the program and the database,and the debugging and display of the relevant functions of the platform.
