Research On The Construction And Application Of Rural Geographic Information Management And Service Platform

With accelerating the development of our country's rural informatization process and information technology,the state proposed the development strategy of “platform up and service extension" in rural informatization,for the comprehensive deployment of the implementation of national rural informatization strategy,need a GIS based platform for rural information for effective management,to provide scientific services for the town government and the public.At present,rural informatization construction lack of overall planning and design of geographic information resources scattered,village platform independently,lead to difficulties in rural information resource sharing based on GIS platform;there are a large number of information management and service platforms in rural areas,but the specialty is poor;the standard of information standardization in villages and towns is not high,and the sharing system is not perfect;rural existing platforms are not well connected with city geographic information platform;research professional application system platform construction based on fewer villages and the service function application system is still far from play.To solve the above problems,this paper relies on the project of national surveying and mapping service of new rural construction of new rural construction information system integration and application demonstration ",the deep research and Analysis on the basis of previous researches on rural geographic information management and service platform for research and discussion and application.The main contents of this study include the following aspects:(1)Analysis of domestic and foreign research status of city and town construction of geographic information platform,summarize and analyze the existing geographic information platform in the construction of rural problems: one is that the geographic information of village management and service platform;two,the existing platform and the construction of city villages without geographical information platform together;three the application system,the research on rural geographic information platform based on less,service function and the application system is single,the effect of application in general.(2)Combined with the investigation of Xintai City Yangliu town economic and social development needs,are analyzed.The detailed demand mainly include: the display and management of villages and towns,geographic information management,information service and service management function demand analysis;practical platform,humanization,safety and stability analysis the demand of rural users;government data,analyzed the needs of enterprise users and public users three types of user groups;from the system,economic point of view,considering the characteristics of the rural users,analysis platform and application system of technical requirements.(3)Constructed the framework platform,including operation support layer,data layer,service layer and user application platform layer 4 parts;key technology used and in-depth analysis and discussion of rural geographic information platform construction and application system in the process,including the map service technology,front-end and back-end technology.(4)On the basis of tianditu Xintai,constructed the Yangliu town geographic information management and service platform,make full use of the "public geographic information service resource map-Xintai",to achieve good convergence of public geographic information service platform and digital platform in Xintai village,which saves the cost of data acquisition and processing,better to play the effectiveness of public resources,improve the efficiency of the development platform.(5)Based onYangliu town geographic information management and service platform,combining the needs of Yangliu town government management,community management,basic farmland management and land management,development and integration of 4 application systems: Yangliu town administration system,Yangliu town guanqiao community management system,Yangliu town basic farmland management system.Yangliu town land information management system,to achieve the basic operation of the map and the related attribute query,a series of functional sheep flow analysis town of all kinds of thematic information display,and has great application value,can be for the future research on rural integrated platform application system plays a certain reference role based on.Yangliu town geographic information management and service platform and application system can system,convenient,fast to the village and town planning and management of geographical information,for the government,enterprises,and other villagers to provide convenient services comprehensively,to vigorously promote the village management,network of public service,meticulous and wisdom,promote information services for villagers,improve the majority of the villagers living standards.
