With the continuous development of the manufacturing industry,The problems of resource reuse and the potential environmental pollution caused by a large number of waste electromechanical products need to be solved urgently,and the disassembly is the foundation and the core to solve these problems.How to remove the waste electromechanical products efficiently is the research hotspot of "green technology",and it is also an important topic of research on product life cycle.Therefore,this paper is devoted to exploring more efficient disassembly analysis and sequence planning methods.Based on the improved artificial bee colony algorithm,the parallel disassembly sequence planning method for complex electromechanical products is studied.Firstly,the disassembly information model and the evaluation index of the complex product are discussed,which lays the foundation for the research of disassembly sequence planning.Secondly,to solve the combinatorial explosion problem of disassembly sequence planning,a solution based on artificial bee colony algorithm is proposed.At the same time,according to the deficiency of the basic algorithm,the precedence constraint strategy based on the two fork tree is proposed.The precedence constraint method is used to deal with the initial population,which can be used to extract the spatial information;Feasibility and fitness algorithms are defined,which improved the algorithm under the premise of ensuring the diversity of population,making it more suitable for disassembly.Compared with other algorithms,the feasibility and efficiency of the improved algorithm is proved.On the basis of the improved algorithm,this paper presents a parallel disassembly sequence planning method.By comparing and analyzing the differences between parallel disassembly and traditional serial disassembly,the corresponding solutions are proposed: The definition of variable sequence matrix method,the analysis method is put forward in parallel a single collection,in order to solve the uncertainty problem of the length of the parallel disassembly sequence and the length of each step,established a link between serial and parallel disassembly.According to the complex selection rules of disassembly unit,the method of inducing factor is proposed to guide the planning process evolving in the direction of parallel maximization.Finally,the engine model is solved based on the improved artificial bee colony algorithm,which proves the superiority of this method.
