| In this fast-growing Internet era,knowledge demand is becoming escalation.Social development breaks people's time apart.Traditional reading and education have been unable to satisfy the needs of fragmentation and cross-boundary learning.In this setting,pay to share based on knowledge or experience and screening valid information help users to some extent save time and let the high quality content to get maximum exposure to maximizes bilateral value.Besides,with the development of Internet and the popularity of e-books,it seems logical that the traditional publishing industry is declining.In the process of transforming to digitization and providing knowledge content,in the new situation of knowledge content operation,digital publishing which takes knowledge service as the development direction appears a bit of powerless.In this paper,three methods:literature analysis,case analysis and comparative analysis are used to summarizes and comments on the inspiration and opportunity which the business model of knowledge pay platform and knowledge payment have brought to the publishing industry.It is found that the popularity of knowledge payment platform is due to its unique Internet operation mode---adoption of a series of strategies to meet people's demand for related knowledge products.Although above literature has analyzed the knowledge paid operation mode,there are still some defects in the operation mode and lack of systematicness and depth.It is worth noting that the knowledge payment industry is in a period of rapid development,there are still some problems to be solved.For instant,besides the difficulty of establishing a complete knowledge system caused by fragmentation,there are also have some problems with content uneven,excessive entertainment and poor user experience.Some platforms are lack of content evaluation mechanism,screening system and with the low rate of knowledge payment conversion rate.Look at the whole industry,the development of knowledge payment is restricted by the operation problems.Such as:the lack of platform chain,the poor design and extend user communities.In the meantime,as the traditional industry,publishing house has accumulated a large number of high-quality resources,talented author teams and high-quality editorial staffs.However,the knowledge payment platform has some similarities with the publishing industry in terms of service system and user demand.Therefore,the development of knowledge payment platform and specific cases also provide references for publishing industry.Therefore,it is necessary for us to utilize the advantages of both to realize the integrated development of publishing and knowledge payment and the complementary advantages to promote the coexistence of both.The contribution of this paper is through specific comparative analysis with the specific cases of the product positioning of Dedao APP and Zhihu Live,user characteristics,content resources,information architecture,interactive performance,functional convenience and profit model with the user experience theory which is first use to analyze the operating mode of knowledge payment platform to points out the problems of the operation strategy and knowledge payment of the Internet knowledge payment platform,and provides a reference for the publishing industry to advance knowledge payment.Then,this paper proposes a solution to the integration of knowledge payment and publishing industry with the theory of symbiosis.Combining these two things and make them support each other.To some extent,it not only will solve the dilemma of publishing industry,but also will provide the development opportunity to the publishing industry to a great extent. |
