At present,the technology of inductive smart card(IC/ID)is widely applied,and it is also applied in many large and medium schools,enterprises and government agencies.It is clean,convenient,quick and efficient so it has become the first choice for the management of the canteen management of the enterprises and institutions.Although the card is widely used,most time,the casual way of eating,the uncertainty of the people and the times of the meal,are resulting in too much wasting of food,or lacking of food,some people can't eat.Based on this reality,a catering management system is urgently needed to improve the dining management of the canteen,standardizing the meals and providing the basis for the preparation of the meal.At the same time,it will automatically verify whether the meal is reported or not and improving the efficiency of the meal.In this paper,in order to solve the malpractice of the original food and beverage management,the paper aims at solving the disadvantages of the original food and beverage management.In view of how to improve the efficiency of dinner and reduce the waste of food and beverage,this paper has carried out a thorough research on the management of the present table meal,the equipment of the card and the storage and writing of the Oracle data.Before the design of the system,the author investigated the needs of the canteen management personnel and staff,and determined the design ideas through the needs of the dining staff and the canteen administrators.The food and beverage management system optimizing the catering management by means of ordering meal on net,statistical analysis,checking the newspaper and dining and so on,satisfies the requirement of the canteen management,solves the problem of the low efficiency of the artificial meal order,and facilitates the information of the reservation system to facilitate the dining hall managers to buy the raw materials according to the number of employees' orders,and eliminate the waste or the shortage of meals caused by the blind meal.Employees can also query personal consumption through online ordering system.Thus improving the efficiency and accuracy of canteens greatly,and promoting the information management of canteen.We use ASP.NET in the front desk for the design and development of the system.The web login screen is used as a friendly interface which has the performance of simple operation and easy maintenance.In the background,Oracle data is used to manage the information data of dinner table.The main parts of the design and development of food and beverage management system include the process of newspaper and the related programdesign,the process of dining and related program design,the operation process and related program design of the canteen administrator,the analysis of the front desk hardware and equipment,the Oracle data building in the background and the analysis and design of the card data interface.After the development of the food management system according to the requirements,it is formally applied in the company canteen and has a good apply effect.The results of this project have a good guiding significance for the management of information upgrading of the enterprise canteen.
