Scientific data is formal information that meets academic norms,which can play an argument or clue in scientific research activities.With its important status increasingly prominent,querying and retrieving scientific data has become a prominent issue when sharing and application,which are the major issues in the data age.Cognitively-oriented user-relevance research is the theoretical basis of the next-generation intelligent information retrieval system,and can effectively improve the efficiency of information retrieval.At present,research on information carriers such as literature,web pages,multimedia,and images has achieved certain research results,as well as the concept of relevance,standards,judgment models,etc.However,as a whole,the breadth and depth of research are still insufficient.On the one hand,the depth of user relevance intrinsic research is insufficient,and the exploration of the user's cognitive nature is too shallow,where the application of the theory cannot be achieved.On the other hand,the breadth is insufficient.Not all information types are covered,such as scientific data,and there is a large difference among different types of information.Lacking of consensus and common judgment model would result in the application of user-related research.Based on the current research of retrieval in scientific data,this paper finds the cognitive similarity between user relevance and customer perceived value,while the theory and application of customer perceived value are more adequate.Therefore,this paper introduces the theory of perceived value and adopts qualitative research and structural equation model research method to explorerelevance judgment cognitive model in scientific data.The specific research contents include:(1)Cognitive similarity research between user relevance and customer perceived value.(2)Using the grounded theory and content analysis method to explore the conceptual model of user perceived value in scientific data,analyzing and proposing its structural composition.(3)Using questionnaires to collect date and structural equation model research methods to explore and validate scientific data users perceived value judgment cognitive process.The research of this topic introduces perception value theory,expands and proposes a new perspective of user relevance research,in order to analyze user relevance from the perspective of value,and promote application research of user relevance.At the same time,it provides a theoretical basis for the development of artificial intelligence retrieval robots and improves the efficiency of future data retrieval.The main research results are:(1)Summarize the cognitive similarities between user relevance and customer perceived value.Using literature research and theoretical comparison research methods to summarize the user relevance and customer perceived value separately from the concept,essence and structure dimensions.It is found that there is a certain cognitive similarity between user relevance and customer perceived value,and there exists an inevitable trend on user relevance research based on perceived value.(2)Construct a conceptual model of scientific data perceived value.The qualitative research method of grounded theory is used to explore the connotation and dimensional structure of scientific data users' perceptions.The perceived value of scientific data is defined as the data attribute value,function value,social value and perception that users can perceive in retrieving scientific data,which would be analyzed on the comprehensive characterization in this paper.(3)Exploring and verifying the user's relevance judgment process based on perceived value in scientific data.The content analysis method was used to identify the formation mechanism of relevance criteria to perceived value,where can find the corresponding relationship between relevance criteria and perceived value.Based on the PLS structural equation model research method,an empirical analysis is performed to verify the user-relevance judgment process based on perceived gains and losses.The research shows that the relevance criterion has a positive effect on the perceived value,and the perceived value has a positive influence on the user behavior decision.The user relevance judgment can be realized through the perception value judgment.
