This article takes the academic journal WeChat public platform as the research content,and selects 31 academic journals published by the Ministry of Education's University Philosophy and Social Sciences Journal Project as samples.Through the analysis of the sample,we find that there are problems in the operation of the academic journal WeChat public account.,Make a summary of these issues,give reasonable suggestions based on the actual situation,and propose solutions to the related issues.In the age of new media,large platforms and big groups that compete with academic journals,such as China Knowledge Online and Chaoxing Group,have occupied a large market share,making even less profitable academic journals face greater challenges.At the same time,the arrival of the new media era has crippled the paper media era of academic journals.In order to meet the opportunities and challenges of the new media era,the academic journal editorial office must keep up with the trend of the times and seize more than 900 million instant messaging tools for WeChat users.Make full use of the public platform of Wechat Promotion Office to create a new position for academic journals in the new media era.It's mainly adopts sampling survey method,literature research method,combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,case analysis and comparative research,questionnaire survey,and interview method.
