China is a big producer of steel and iron and steel enterprises are high energyconsuming industries,and their energy consumption accounts for more than 10% of the total energy consumption of the national economy.The blast furnace process is an important process that restricts the energy saving and emission reduction of steel companies.Energy efficiency assessment of blast furnace processes is an important part of energy conservation and emission reduction.In order to evaluate the energy efficiency of blast furnace better,this project mainly involves the design and implementation of blast furnace energy efficiency assessment software.This paper investigates the technological process of blast furnace ironmaking in iron and steel enterprises,and studies the energy analysis and evaluation methods of iron and steel enterprises.Focusing on the commonly used blast furnace assessment methods,reviewing and evaluating the assessment procedures.In the process of assessing the energy efficiency of blast furnaces,in addition to using process energy consumption as an evaluation index,some new indicators have been appropriately added.Using these indicators to evaluate blast furnace energy consumption can make the assessment results more comprehensive.Based on the research on the energy efficiency assessment method for blast furnaces and the practical needs of production,the design and implementation process of the energy efficiency assessment software for blast furnaces is described in detail from the following aspects:1.Analyze the software requirements for blast furnace energy efficiency assessment and propose the specific business needs of the five unit modules.2.In order to meet the requirements of energy efficiency evaluation software,the design of the software system is described in terms of software architecture,function modules,and databases.3.Introduce and select technologies for software design,and then implement each design in the software.
