Design And Implementation Of Municipal Engineering Planning Management System

The large number of civil engineering projects and the long process of approval process bring great management pressure to the planning and management.And in the examination and approval of land link,the whole process is very complicated,need access to the data very much,and need to read at any time,if you do not rely on information means,it takes a lot of human and material resources especially in the backdrop of the municipal planning bureau personnel constantly streamlining,will lead to the examination and approval process is very long,the public satisfaction is greatly reduced.Efficiency of the public to the government to have words,this caused certain negative influence to the influence of the government,in order to achieve the purpose of serving the people,the government authorities have an obligation to improve the service quality and work efficiency,save the time cost of the public.However,the improvement of service efficiency is not a single day,and it is feasible to rely on modern information technology to improve management level and work efficiency.This paper elaborates the requirements of the municipal engineering planning and management system and the work process of the coding im plementation.The use case driven method is used to analyze the requirements of the system.In the demand analysis,the roles involved in the business process and the use cases that need to be implemented are analyzed in detail.Meanwhile,the non-functional requirements of the system are studied.The functional modules of the system are divided,and the municipal planning and management system mainly completes the solidification of the core business such as planning,approval and outcome management.Using the MVC pattern to design the system,the whole system is clear and easy to expand.Using unified modeling language for detailed system design;Analyze the physical attributes and physical design involved in the system.After that,physical design of the s ystem's tables and the use of JDBC complete database access and Java language to complete the development of the whole system.To ensure the quality of the system meets the established requirements,the functional modules of the system are tested.System is currently in the subordinate unit commissioning for a period of time,the overall situation is relatively good,effectively improve the efficiency of the planning bureau staff,shorten the time for the transaction,and promotes the overall image of the planning bureau.
