Investigation And Analysis Of Application Of Cloud Storage In IT Enterprises

Nowadays,with the wave of information,cloud storage has gradually entered our daily lives,and the explosive growth of data has made it impossible for conventional file storage systems to meet our needs for storage system capacity and performance.Therefore,cloud storage technology should be come into use.Cloud storage has brought about a great changes in people's lives since its inception.With the significant influence of cloud storage,the commercial value of cloud storage has become increasingly prominent.Many IT companies have introduced it into their own companies and created great value.However,for some small-scale enterprises or non-IT companies,they are not familiar with cloud storage,moreover,due to the size of the company,there is not much output of daily data,and most of the data are not worth to storing.The use of cloud storage in this area is not widespread.Although there are some enterprises that know the advantages of cloud storage,because of the mistrust of this emerging information management model and it has not been applied to its own company.This paper uses a questionnaire survey to investigate the application of cloud storage technology in IT companies.This article mainly includes the following six chapters:The first chapter mainly introduces the background and research significance of the topic and the research methods used.The second chapter introduces the related concepts of cloud computing and cloud storage and the current development of cloud storage.The role and advantages of cloud storage as a new generation of storage in the information age and the emergence of cloud storage have brought about tremendous changes in our lives and production.In addition,the shortcomings and shortcomings of the traditional information storage methods are compared and analyzed.Introduced the application of cloud storage in some of the most popular industries.The third chapter is the design and collection of questionnaires.This paper selects IT companies as the survey objects and conducts questionnaire surveys andonline community surveys.The collected questionnaires were collected and statistically analyzed,and the reliability of the survey results was analyzed by constructing a mathematical model.The fourth chapter is the statistics and analysis of the survey results.A satisfaction model was constructed.According to the design content of the questionnaire,the evaluation indicators were set to perceived product quality satisfaction,data security satisfaction,perceived value satisfaction,and perceived service quality satisfaction.Explore and analyze IT enterprise users' satisfaction with cloud storage services,obtain user experience data,and perform satisfaction analysis.The fifth chapter combines the above analysis results,and proposes targeted recommendations for the issues mentioned in the article and the service standards that users expect to achieve during the use of cloud storage services.The sixth chapter summarizes the deficiencies in the content of this study.
