| With the development of technology,the complexity and technical indexes of the equipment on the rocket are dramatically higher than before.Meanwhile,the technical indexes of test equipment are greatly enhanced.However,the traditional test equipment that transmits data by the parallel transmission bus such as PXI or CPCI fails to meet the requirements of transmission speed and anti-interference ability.Therefore,it is significant to develop advanced test equipment that fulfils the requirements above.A designing scheme of multi-function measurement module based on serial VPX bus was proposed in this thesis,on this basis the multi-function measurement module based on VPX bus was developed and tested.The test results showed that both the bandwidth of data transmission and the ability to resist hostile environments can be remarkably improved by using the multi-function measurement module.Apart from that,the performance satisfies the testing requirements.Research work of this thesis focuses on the followings:Firstly,the requirement of multi-function measurement module was analyzed,besides the specification and implementation of VPX bus was thoroughly studied.Subsequently,the overall design of the multi-function measurement module based on VPX bus was implemented.On the basis of comparing the design of interface chip and IP core,the high-speed transmission of VPX bus was realized by selecting PEX8311 interface chip.Secondly,the hardware circuit of multi-function measurement module based on VPX bus was developed,including acquisition circuit with the function of protection and program-controlled amplification,output circuit with the function of elliptic filter and gain amplification and bus interface circuit with the function of protocol conversion.Then,the FPGA control logic of multi-function measurement module hardware circuit was designed,including sampling control logic,output control logic,triggering logic and the bus transferring logic was designed by defining the transmission protocol with the host computer.Lastly,critical technical indexes of the multi-function module were tested by software PLXMon and the validity of FPGA design logic was confirmed.Subsequently,the results showed that the designed multi-function measurement module in this thesis can meet the requirement of high-speed test system. |
