At present,Internet technology is developing at a high speed.A new generation of scientific and technological revolution has changed the traditional way of production and life,especially manufacturing.In advanced and developed countries of production and manufacturing,the time spent in production is very small,and most of the time is in circulation.Up to 60%of the products in the service sector are value-added services.The intelligent service system is of great significance to enhance the value-added service of enterprises.The Intelligent technology platform designed in this paper is mainly divided into three service modules:enterprise external intelligent customer service module,intelligent fault diagnosis service module and technical exchange information platform service module for experts within the enterprise.This system adopts the framwork of Java EE development platform,MySQL backround database.RESTful design principle and MVC design mode to realize intelligent technology service platform.The convolution neural network is used to analyze and excavate the data.This paper will focus on introducing the design and implementation of intelligent fault diagnosis module of the system which designed and implmented by myself independently,and use unified modeling language(UML)to describe the design of system in detail,such as system flow chart,activity diagram,entity class diagram and sequence diagram,etc.Using the system flow chart to describe the system functional requirements,using activity diagram to describe the working process of the whole use case realization of business,using class diagrams to describe the static model structure of the system implementation,including the class,the internal structure and the relationship between the classes,using sequence diagrams to describe the dynamic collaboration between various modules and the time sequence of sending messages.The project is described in detail through a variety of diagrams,from requirements analysis,profile design,detailed design,implementation,and the entire process of testing.This system has been deployed to run successfully,and has reach the required standards through continuous testing and maintenance.The accuracy of the fault intelligent diagnosis module has reached more than 90%,with increasing the amount of data and machine learning of incremental learning ability,system accuracy will be more and more high,the enterprise work efficiency will continue to strengthen.
