With the in-depth application of software development technologies and Internet technologies,it has become an inevitable trend for all walks of life to develop information management systems to achieve network,information,and intelligent management.There are many problems in the traditional telephone repairs in colleges and universities,such as the layered transmission,the efficiency need to be improved,and the communication is not smooth.It is difficult to count the maintenance records,the maintenance process is difficult to supervise,the maintenance time is too long,and the maintenance situation is difficult to evaluate.This paper starts with the practice of logistics maintenance and management service requirements in colleges and universities,using ASP.net and Sql server 2016 language development design and implementation of the three-tier B / S architecture web end logistics maintenance management system and mobile micro network repair system.First of all,it researches the maintenance service of logistics in colleges and universities,analyzes the insufficiency of the original telephone paper repair,and simplifies the maintenance process.Secondly,it analyzes the key issues of maintenance and dispatch,and proposes an intelligent solution based on enhanced learning for maintenance and distribution based on comparison of greedy algorithms.It makes full use of historical data such as the average satisfaction rate of the master of the maintenance system and average maintenance time.The experience can form an efficient maintenance dispatch program in a relatively short period of time,shorten maintenance time and significantly improve maintenance satisfaction.Then the requirements of the maintenance management system project were analyzed in terms of feasibility,system function,performance,and maintenance management.The system's three-tier architecture,system function module structure,sequence diagram,and database design were performed.The maintenance system management platform was also implemented.The design and operation of the main function modules of the mobile terminal micro-network repair system are described.Finally,the software system was tested by software engineering test method.Since the maintenance management system was put into use,the system has been operating stably,improving the logistic management level and optimizing the maintenance business process,achieving the greatest social benefits and economicbenefits of logistics,and has received unanimous praise from teachers and students.
