Study On Network Justice Under The Public's Expressian In The Era Of We Media

The concept of justice has been around since ancient times.In the era of "we media",with the development of media technology and media ecology,justice has new features and connotations.Network justice has the characteristics of network and commonality of justice,it comes at the right time.Network justice is a special leading force of public opinion,it's a product of free expression,so it is necessary to explore its origin and realistic requirements.Under the current situation that scholars study justice from the perspective of interpretation of classical theories and sociology,turning to the perspective of expression and comment,which will help break through the previous research pattern and promote the sound development of the online speech environment.Advances in network technology have led to more information and faster transmission.Due to the anonymity and immediacy of the Internet,the public's desire for expression is stronger than ever.In the age of “we media”,with the extensive participation of the public,online expression has presented a development trend of diversified views.While narrowing the gap in public perception,it also increases the possibility of rumors and cyber violence.This paper combines the real cases,to analyze the basic elements of network justice in expression,to summarize the target,core content,starting point and goal as well as the methods and techniques of the public expression,and then expounds the present situation and the influence of network justice.This paper makes use of literature analysis and case analysis at the micro level,representative “we media” platforms and 20 typical hot events in 2016 were selected for analysis,in order to conclude the form of representation and the mechanism of transformation in the current society of public's expression about network justice.And we can put forward strategies at national,social,media and personal levels.
