In recent years, with the support of Internet technology, the development of network health care has sprung up,and a large number of online self-service health care communities have emerged. The information quality of online health communities,as an important source of health care information for patients and the auxiliary tool for health management, are of particular importance.Due to the lack of medical knowledge for most people, the ability to understand complex medical interpretation is limited.Which are unable to judge the information in online health communities accurately.Once users get and use the wrong(or not match the condition of their own disease)treatment plan through the online health communities, their health will be threatened. Therefore,it is urgent to study the information quality of the online health communities,to investigate the information quality variables that affect the users' health decisions, and to study which variables affect the user's health decision-making so as to allow the information of the online health communities to support the users to make effective health decisions to the maximum extent.Based on a large number of theoretical researches, this paper puts forward the research hypothesis and constructs the impact model of online health communities on user health decision. In this paper, six information quality variables of the online health communities are introduced as dependent variables(information content quality, information source quality, information expression quality, information utility quality, emotional support, information media quality),and the users' health decisions are taken as independent variable, and the health self-efficacy is introduced as the intermediary variable. Then this paper analyzes the measurement indexes of each variable, and designs the questionnaire and carries out the questionnaire survey. The statistical analysis and reliability and validity test are carried out through SPSS20.0,and then Amos20.0 software is used to analyze the structural equation model to verify the research hypothesis. Finally, this paper summarizes the results of this study, analyze the limitations of this research, and looks forward to the future research directions. The result shows that the information quality variables of the online health communities includes information content quality, information source quality, information expression quality, information utility quality, emotional support, and information media quality. The users' health decisions are influenced by these six variables, but the degree of impact varies. The degree of influence from large to small is: information content quality, information utility quality, information source quality, information expression quality, emotional support, information media quality. In addition, through the mediation effect test, this paper validates the partial mediating effect of health self-efficacy,that is,the information quality of the online health community has a partial impact on the users' health decisions making through the users' health self-efficacy.
