| With the 4G network innovation revolution,the implementation of "Internet +"strategy and the development of "Digital City",communication network has become an indispensable part of people's daily life.It improves the development of our nation.However,with the development of the mobile communication networks,conflicts concerning the mobile communication base station also frequently rise up.This "not in my backyard" psychological has seriously hindered the construction and development of the mobile communication base station,it becomes a bottleneck restricting the construction of broadband network construction.So this paper deeply studies these problems.Based on the existing research on NIMBY,this paper takes the construction and conflicts of the mobile communication base station in Fuzhou city as the research object.Through the analysis of data and relevant information in the 12345 platform,we can know the basic state,the current situation and the realistic conflict of the mobile communication base station.After that,sum up the NIMBY character of the mobile communication base station.The author studies the causes from society,government and market.For the construction and management of mobile communication base station,Fujian's experience is worth learning.At the same time,the "correct the bias of risk perception","deliberative democracy","cooperative governance" is also helpful to solve the NIMBY conflicts. |
