At present,on the one hand our country is entering the society,the rapid economic development period,the situation is complex at home and abroad,social security situation is grim,especially with the deepening of reform,social problems increased significantly,the incidence of cases;On the other hand,"peace and harmony" has become the theme of common concern of the whole society,the people's awareness of security increased,security requirements continue to improve.Therefore,with the law and order,security is closely related to the video surveillance system by the unheard of concern.However,the existing video surveillance systems using optical fiber,coaxial cable or 4G signal transmission from the operators are laced with the problem of unexpected/temporary tasks,difficult to fully control the real-time information,construction and maintenance of the task site.And can not achieve mobile monitoring and other issues,has become a constraint video surveillance center to enhance command efficiency bottleneck.In order to solve the above problems,to better meet the needs of the current video surveillance market,build a dynamic monitoring system,improve the video transmission mechanism,and enhance the comprehensive ability of security control,this paper uses wireless microwave communication technology,combined with H.264 image compression technology,Video Monitoring System Based on Wireless Microwave.The main work of this paper is as follows:First,This paper analyzes the research and construction status of video surveillance system both at home and abroad,and studies and compares the current video surveillance system of public security department,and points out its shortcomings in emergency disposal,construction maintenance and mobile monitoring.On the basis of the present situation and characteristics of the social security situation in Fuzhou,the overall design scheme of the video monitoring system based on wireless microwave transmission is put forward,and the system is designed and designed according to the three levels of front-end video acquisition,signal transmission and back-processing.Second,This paper focuses on the analysis of H.264 image compression technology,focusing on the overall architecture of H.264 coding,codec flow and the key technologies such as inter prediction,intra prediction,DCT transform and loop filter.At the same time,according to the design of the top design and hierarchical realization,the system is designed in detail.In the key module design,the image sensor based on AD9883a chip is used to realize the video image acquisition to obtain high quality original video signal.264 coding standard to encode the video sequence to adapt to the transmission of microwave and subsequent video file storage;using LDPC coding based on the channel coding module to encode the signal to get better transmission quality.Third,The platform structure and deployment of the system are described in detail,including the deployment plan,the distribution classification and the network planning,and the application of the system in real-time monitoring,security prevention and control,safe community construction and industry management in Fuzhou.Based on the wireless microwave video system widely used in Fuzhou,public security,disaster management,emergency command and other fields,and achieved good social effects,and comprehensively enhance the public security system in Fuzhou in the integrated application of information systems.
