The Design And Implementation Of University Assets Integrated Managment System

In recent years,along with the scale expansion of universities,the university assets demand and infrastructure requirements are increasing.Besides,coupled with the strategy of developing the country by relying on science and education,it also had an impact on our country's education reform.There are teaching equipment,office equipment,infrastructure,and other types of assets in university.These asset classes are more varied,updated and inconsistent,thus making it more difficult to manage them.Recently with the development of computer information technology,the management of assets is the focal point of the information work in university.Therefore,it has a profound and far reaching significance to research the design and implementation of university asset integrated management system.Based on the actual needs of Changqing School of Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics,this paper analyzes the actual management demand of college assets,and puts forward the design and realization of the integrated management system of college assets In view of the characteristics of various kinds of college assets,the geographical location,the fast updating speed and the difficulty of management,which improves the efficiency of asset management and realizes the information of it.The paper achieved the design and implementation of university asset integrated management system according to the characteristics of the modern university assets management and Changqing School of Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics.Firstly,the paper analyzes the current situation of the assets management,which has been stated the necessity of constructing the university asset integrated management system.Then the importance of the design and development of the asset management system and the mature system development framework are determined according to the actual demand and business process of the asset management of Changqing School.Secondly,discusses the framework of the system and the classification of the function component,and the demand analysis and function module division of asset management is carried out from the object oriented analysis method,then the detailed design of each main function module of the system is carried out.Then proposed the logical structure of asset management system which in line with its own characteristics was.Thirdly,with the support of ASP.NET technology framework,the asset management system with perfect function is realized.Finally,a lot of test cases are given,which basically cover the basic functions of the system,and show that the system can realize the main functions of university asset management.The college asset management system designed and developed in this paper is characterized by its characteristics of easy operation,cross-platform,security and sharing.The design and implementation of the system fully combine the user's actual needs with friendly interface,simple operation and flexible interaction with users.The asset management system can better streamline the asset management process,and realize the standardization of the asset management and refinement.Besides,the system improves the sharing rate of assets,greatly reduces the management cost and improve the efficiency of management.
