Futures online business system is meaningful and innovative for the development of internet finance as a convenient business channel for the customers of a futures company.According to my research,similar systems did not exist in native futures industry before this system had been built up.Therefore,this system is pioneered in the country.A futures company normally has two systems.One is Comprehensive Transaction Platform(CTP),the other one is Customer Relationship Management(CRM).Comprehensive Transaction Platform(CTP)is designed for futures trading,including login,trading and accounting,etc.Customer Relationship Management(CRM)is designed to collect the data of comprehensive transaction platform by Extract-Transform-Load(ETL).CRM system is based on customers' information and trading data,which makes it a convenient multi-data analyzing system for the customer management,sales management and service management.This system meets the requirement of CHINA SECURITIES REGULATORY COMMISSION,CHINA FUTURES ASSOCIATION,etc.It uses the identification of Comprehensive Transaction Platform,to self-service program for the futures customers.This system uses Java Spring MVC frame,Bootstrap for front-end,CXF Web Service as the interfaces for the back-end and SSL for transmission encryption.This system combines with Comprehensive Transaction Platform(CTP)and Customer Relationship Management(CRM),which builds up an effective bridge between customers and futures companies.
