As the development of futures trading, the experiencing customers want to get more services from the brokers. The existing futures exchanging and managing system is limited to clearing, money in-and-out and customer files managing which is far from fitting the development of brokers. Customer is the key point of a broker's getting stronger because it is the customers to perform the exchange. For a new broker, the only way to attract the customers is to decrease the exchanging fees and increase the paybacks. After being regulated, they win back customers by a stable and efficient exchanging system and comprehensive counseling services. While for the future development, the brokers have to take customer as a center to provide them private services and operating to deeply dig the market. To realize this goal is actually the process of using the prevailing CRM in the brokers management.This article is to help brokers resolving existing problems by building up the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. The core content of CRM is to take customer as central point, manage customer resources by information technology, combine the analyzed customer information with all kinds of operations related to the customer, share the customer resources with marketing, selling, servicing and technology supporting department. Concentrated work on customer will make the broker providing private services based on customer's interest which will mostly increase the satisfaction and faithfulness of customer. As a result, the broker can attract and keep more and more customers with high operating efficiency, low cost and increasing benefit.This article starts from the reality of futures brokers, absorbing experiences from security customer service, analyzing and settling brokers'need of CRM from the aspect of system users, to put forward the designing target of the system.
