Design And Implementation Of Human Society Business Process Monitoring System

At present,the "Internet plus human resources and social security" service has been in the country for landing,the human resources and social security bureau in many cities has used the Internet technology,workflow technology to establish community service platform which is across regional and interagency.However,changing the office mode from traditional office mode to the Internet environment is not easy.The staff collaboration and resources configuration mode of the traditional business process cannot be directly applied in the Internet environment.An important content of "Internet plus human resources and social security" is to use information technology to optimize service processes,innovative services,promote data sharing and maximum the convenience for enterprise and public.So,monitoring the operation of the agency business process,carrying out objective business process performance evaluation,supporting staff to understand the operation efficiency and quality of human society system and taking appropriate pre and post measures are all critical tasks for the people's and social sectors.This project is dedicated to monitoring the operation of the business process under the Internet environment,analyzing the log data of the process in real time,conducting a scientific and comprehensive supervision,and establishing a synchronous monitoring system that can be prevented,monitored and accountable after the incident,in order to find the problems in the operation of business processes and optimize the business processes in necessary,so that Internet technology is better serving the public.Based on the above background,this paper intends to develop a monitoring system to optimize the business process for bureaus of human resources and social security on the basis of fully understanding the needs of human society system.Use the business process data from the operation system to establish an appropriate data analysis model,which statistically analyzes the data from the process class,process,process instances,process post at different levels and time dimensions.Then,develop the system from the aspects of process operation monitoring,business process operation evaluation,human society system service efficiency and so on.And through the establishment of evaluation indicators,calculation of indicators threshold,etc.,the results of the monitoring of the operation of human and social business processes will be quantified and output,which can assistant business process managers find problems in the business process and make corresponding optimization decisions.This paper makes a comprehensive and detailed description of the operation supervision system of the human social business process from the aspects of system requirements positioning,overall analysis,detailed design and implementation testing.The system adopts the B/S framework format,uses the EclipseIDE development platform and Java technology to develop.Echarts library is used to provide the display function of various charts,and the server side adopts the Oracle database.The business process data used in this system comes from a smart society service system in a city.With this system,the community sector staff can fully understand the operation of the business process and human social system service efficiency,timely find problems and timely take steps,to further improve the human resources and social security service level and ability,make the development of social information to a new climax and a new stage.
